Title: Technical Support Lead, Customer Service
This resource will provide technical leadership for customer service in support of TWiki installations.
Job Description: As a member of the customer service team, you will be responsible for supporting customer installations, account creation, maintaining, and upgrading existing TWiki servers, site structure, content creation and document conversion.
Skills: Customer care, TWiki installation, upgrade, TWiki markup language (TML) templates and forms, Apache, Perl, RSS, Tagging.
- Must be experienced supporting VMware, Linux and Open Source LAP stack
- Must be detail oriented and proactive about responding to customer needs
- Must be knowledgeable about TCP/IP networking
- Must have excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Must provide technical support to customers via e-mail and telephone
- Must work with other support staff to ensure adequate phone / customer coverage during business hours
- Must setup Certified TWiki test lab (to simulate customer environments / issues)
- May test Certified TWiki (beta versions) and provide feedback to Prod Development
- May travel to customer sites for on-site support / professional services delivery
- May (as time permits) perform system administration work on twiki.net servers
- May (as time permits) create TWiki applications, forms, templates
Responsibility: Customer Support including installation and configuration of both TWiki OnDemand and OnPremise solutions

Title: Technical Lead, TWiki User Interface, Software Developer
This resource will lead the effort to improve the user interface and usability of TWiki, especially for non-technical users.
Job Description: The Ajax-Javascript Developer will lead Web 2.0 application development of the TWiki UI and workflow. As a member of the engineering team, you will be responsible for application design, analysis, coding, testing, documenting, maintaining, and upgrading existing applications.
Skills: Perl, CGI, Java Script, Ajax, TWiki Markup Language (TML). Experience with CSS and Dreamweaver a plus.
- MUST analyse TWiki user interface and deliver a proposal that lists potential enhancements and appropriate priorities
- MUST design, test, and implement UI improvements for Certified TWiki product(s)
- MUST be skilled in user interface assessment, design, and development
- MUST be skilled in TWiki and Perl
- SHOULD be skilled in Web 2.0 technologies including wikis, RSS, blogging, tagging, and AJAX
- SHOULD be skilled in Linux, Apache, and other Open Source technologies
Responsibility: Individual contributor, design, development, testing, and documentation of web applications using CGI-Perl, Java Script, Ajax

Title: Marcom Manager
The Marcom Manager is responsible for creating market messaging, interest and demand for TWIKI.NET products. In addition, the Marcom Manager is responsible for creating and copywriting all collateral pieces, advertising, etc. This person will establish and maintain a consistent company image. Positions and coordinates the campaigns to ensure successful lead generation. This individual is responsible for preparing a detailed marketing plan and for operating within budget.
Collateral Materials & Copywriting
- The Marcom Manager creates and maintains all marketing material, including datasheets, customer success stories Web Site Management
- Responsible for presentation, structure and content
Advertising
- Responsible for proposing and managing the entire campaign to create demand and awareness for all TWIKI.NET products
- Create the media schedule to target prospects
- Manage add placement via Yahoo! and Google and measure results
- Ensure a uniform, consistent product and corporate image though the media
- Manage all Trade Show participation
Messaging
- Responsible for maintaining and enhancing TWIKI.NETs corporate identity
- Manage and coordinate outside agencies including ad agencies, design/production houses, etc.
- Create or direct from initial concepts through production of Marcom copy and materials
- Coordinate all Press Release related activities
- Secure placement of TWiki articles on industry web sites and in hard copy
- Track and analyze overall marketing program effectiveness
Skills: This person should have a degree or experience in English, Marketing, Advertising, or Communications. He/She should possess excellent grammar and English skills, be creative, and use self-initiative. This person should be an expert, or aggressively learn the advanced techniques for direct response.
